The Sancy massif features 670 km of marked trails.

Many short hiking trails can be reached from the hotel, allowing you to discover the magnificent attractions our mountains have to offer:

• Lac Pavin (crater lake)
• Vallée de Chaudefour (nature reserve)
• Puy de Sancy (highest mountain in the Massif Central)
• Lac de Montcineyre (lake at 1182 m)
• Cascade de Vaucoux (waterfalls)

A surprise awaits you

As you stroll through the Sancy massif you may be fortunate enough to spot a few mouflons, chamois or marmots, or such mountain flowers as gentians or lys martagons lilies.
